The following apply to all social media and platform content:
- Reposting and Redistribution: You may not screenshot, download, repost, share, or redistribute any content published by Gifted Intuitions, LLC on social media or third-party platforms without prior written permission, regardless of the platform's native sharing features.
- Commercial Use: No content appearing on any Gifted Intuitions, LLC social media account or platform page may be used for commercial purposes, advertising, sponsorships, or paid promotions without a written licensing agreement with Gifted Intuitions, LLC.
- Tagging and Attribution: Organic sharing with full credit and a direct link to the original source may be permitted for non-commercial, personal use only. Such sharing does not constitute a license and may be revoked at any time.
- Platform Terms Do Not Override: The native terms of any social media platform do not grant any user the right to use, reproduce, or commercialize content belonging to Gifted Intuitions, LLC beyond what is expressly permitted in these Terms.

5D. Likeness, Image, and Personal Identity Rights
The name, face, physical likeness, voice, signature, photograph, and personal identity of Antionette Manokey, M.Ed. (“Coach AJ”) — in any format, medium, or context — are the personal property of Antionette Manokey and are exclusively licensed to Gifted Intuitions, LLC for business and brand use. No person, organization, platform, media outlet, or third party may use her name, image, likeness, or identity for any purpose without express written authorization from Gifted Intuitions, LLC.
This protection applies to, but is not limited to:
- Photography and Images: Any photograph, screenshot, graphic, or digital image featuring Antionette Manokey may not be reproduced, edited, cropped, filtered, or used in any publication, advertisement, product, or promotional material without written permission.
- Video and Audio: Any video recording, audio clip, podcast excerpt, live stream capture, or other recorded content featuring Antionette Manokey may not be repurposed, rebroadcast, remixed, or used out of context without written authorization.
- AI and Synthetic Media: No person may use images, audio, or video of Antionette Manokey to train artificial intelligence models, generate synthetic media, create deepfakes, or produce any AI-generated representation of her likeness or voice.
- Endorsement and Affiliation: Her name, image, or likeness may not be used in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship with any individual, brand, product, or cause without written authorization from Gifted Intuitions, LLC.
Unauthorized use of likeness or identity will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.
5E. Third-Party Selling Platforms
Gifted Intuitions, LLC sells products through a number of authorized third-party marketplaces and platforms, including but not limited to Payhip, Georgia Promise Marketplace, Amazon KDP, Lulu, Etsy, Gumroad, and Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT). All products listed on these platforms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Gifted Intuitions, LLC regardless of where they are purchased.
The following apply to all purchases made through third-party platforms:
- Intellectual Property: Purchasing a product through any third-party platform does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. All copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights remain with Gifted Intuitions, LLC.
- License Scope: The license granted upon purchase is identical to that described in Section 5 of these Terms — personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable — regardless of the platform through which the product was purchased.
- Platform Terms: Each third-party platform may have its own terms of service governing the transaction. Those platform terms govern the transaction mechanics only and do not expand or alter the intellectual property rights or usage license granted by Gifted Intuitions, LLC.
- Disputes: For product-related questions, refund requests, or concerns about content, buyers should contact Gifted Intuitions, LLC directly at [email protected] in addition to or instead of contacting the platform
